My name is Blakely and I am the creator/ head taste tester of this fabulous website. I started Everyday Gourmet with Blakely one day for fun while I was in culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu as a way to share all my favorite recipes with my friends and family back home. It started out as a hobby but now it has become my passion! I love fresh, homemade food that takes all day and a lot of love to prepare. I know, I know you don’t have “time” to do that. No worries! Whether you are an experienced Chef or just a begginer foodie there’s a$recipe on here with step by step directions and a video on how to do it that will definitely please everyone. Preheat oven to 325*F and butter a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Jumbo delicious blueberry coffee cake muffins*

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes with the mixer on low. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each one. Add vanilla, sour cream, and milk. First things first, preheat your oven to 375*F.In a large muffin tin that is lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, lay one slice of ham over the top of one of the muffin “holes” then lay another slice of ham the other way, making an “x”. This is deeeelicious and so easy to do! First what you want to do a couple hours before dinner is get the meat marinated. Put the tenderloin in a ziplock bag (for easy cleanup!) and add the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
