Herbed Pork Tenderloin*

This is deeeelicious and so easy to do! First what you want to do a couple hours before dinner is get the meat marinated. Put the tenderloin in a ziplock bag (for easy cleanup!) and add the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
