Greek Salad*

This is one of my favorite salads to make. Its so easy, fresh, and delicious. Plus, you can make everything ahead of time and mix it together when you're ready to eat! First you need cut up the lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper and onion and put them in your salad bowl. On top of that add the feta and kalamata olives. To make the dressing put your minced garlic, oregano, Dijon mustard, and vinegar in a bowl. Whisk together till combined. While whisk...

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup*

This is super easy, super delicious, and super... kinda healthy! Very filling so great for a lunch or even dinner. The first thing you want to do is preheat your oven to 425*F. Peel the butternut squash with a sharp vegetable peeler and cut the butternut squash up. I like to cut off the top, then the bottom, and also cut off the fat part of the squash where the seeds are. Cut the bottom in half and scrape out the seeds and continue cutting up the...

Meaty Chili*

Alright everyone... don't get scared after seeing all those ingredients! All your doing is putting them all in the pot, nothing special! In a very large pot over high heat brown you meat. Caprese salad*

Ok, this is such a perfect lunch in my opinion! What you want to do is slice the tomatoes pretty thin, and do the same with the mozzarella. On a plate, layer the tomato and mozzarella and then put the thinly sliced basil on top. Drizzle with the olive oil and the balsamic and put some good sea salt (to taste!) and some freshly ground pepper! YUM!...

Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches

Spread 4 of the slices with some of the softened butter, only use half of the butter because you’ll need the rest later! Turn over and spread all 8 sides of the bread with a little butter. Place a slice or 2 of ham on 4 slices of bread and top with a 1/4 sliced gruyere cheese. Cover the top with the remaining 4 bread slices....

Texas burgers*

This burger is SO amazing and full of flavor. Thanks to Lou for this recipe! First thing you want to do is preheat your grill to medium heat. In a large bowl, combine beef, jalapenos, onion, cheddar, worcestershire, bacon, and salt and pepper. Mix together, with hands of course, and form into big pattys. Form into a ball with your hands, slapping that sucker trying to get it as tight as you can. Put a little salt and pepper on th...

Bistro Salad*

In your super cute salad bowl, put the olive oil, balsamic, minced garlic, and sundried tomatoes. Mix it all together with your salad tongs and try and break up the sundried tomatoes a little! After you’ve mixed together the dressing add the spring mix, pine nuts,  onion slices, feta cheese, and parmesan cheese. If you want to wait to eat it later, put it in the refrigerator, if not toss and serve! Enjoy!!!...
