  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 large cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  • Zest from one lemon
  • Juice from one lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a ziplock bag add in the chicken, minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, oregano, thyme, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
  2. Rub the chicken so it’s coated completely and put into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours
  3. After the chicken has marinated long enough, preheat your grill, grill pan, or skillet to medium high heat
  4. Add the chicken, cooking until completely cooked though, about 8-10 minutes on each side depending on the thickness
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving
