Caprese salad*

Ok, this is such a perfect lunch in my opinion! What you want to do is slice the tomatoes pretty thin, and do the same with the mozzarella. On a plate, layer the tomato and mozzarella and then put the thinly sliced basil on top. Drizzle with the olive oil and the balsamic and put some good sea salt (to taste!) and some freshly ground pepper! YUM!...

Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches

Spread 4 of the slices with some of the softened butter, only use half of the butter because you’ll need the rest later! Turn over and spread all 8 sides of the bread with a little butter. In your super cute salad bowl, put the olive oil, balsamic, minced garlic, and sundried tomatoes. Mix it all together with your salad tongs and try and break up the sundried tomatoes a little! After you’ve mixed together the dressing add the spring mix, pine nuts,  onion slices, feta cheese, and parmesan cheese. Omi’s pasta salad*

First things first ladies, cook the pasta, drain it, and cool it! Then to the pasta add the artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, olives, cherry tomatoes, scallions, and your dressing! Toss all together and add the parmesan cheese  and salt and pepper. How PERFECT! Sooo easy and perfect to bring to a cookout and it will impress everyone…im sure of it :)...

Tuna Salad*

In a medium sized bowl,  put the drained tuna along with the chopped egg, chopped onion, and relish. Add the mayonnaise  and the mustard and toss to coat with the mayo. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Put on bread or greens and enjoy!!!...
