Overnight oats are my jam. They’re so easy to make, delicious, healthy, and the perfect on-the-go breakfast for those crazy mornings. Late Summer peaches are ripe and amazing right now- so I made my overnight oats with them! The result: a delicious breakfast that tastes like a peach pie. Yum!
1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick cooking oats)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 peach, diced
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
In a bowl add in all of the ingredients and stir to combine
Cover with plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator, and let it sit overnight
In the morning you can top with more peaches if you’d like or eat as is.Yum!
