This incredibly delicious and easy sandwich is the perfect way to get you through the week. You only need a few simple ingredients and you’ll feel as though you’re eating lunch at a fancy bistro.
1 Croissant
4–6 slices of good quality sliced deli turkey
2 slices provolone cheese
1/2 avocado
Thin slices of tomato
Sprouts
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt
pepper
Cut the croissant in half
On the bottom half spread the avocado and sprinkle with salt and pepper
To the avocado add the sliced turkey, cheese, tomato, and sprouts
Spread the Dijon mustard on the bottom of the remaining side of the croissant and add it on top of the sandwich
Cut in half and serve! A delicious sandwich made in minutes
