1-pound ground turkey
1 small shallot minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
salt
pepper
onion powder
Sauce
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 large garlic clove minced
4 basil leaves chopped
1 scallion sliced thin
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
Juice of 1 lemon
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
Toppings
Arugula
Sliced tomato
Avocado
Buns of choice
Instructions
Preheat your grill, griddle pan, or skillet to medium high
In a bowl mix together the ground turkey, minced shallot, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Form 4 equal patties from the turkey mixture
Lightly grease your griddle pan and put the turkey burgers on. Let them cook 4-5 minutes on each side
While the burgers are cooking make the sauce for the top
In a small bowl add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped basil leaves, sliced scallion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion powder until combined and set aside
Once the burgers are done cooking its time to assemble! To your bun of choice add a patty, turkey burger, a big spoonful of the sauce, and whatever toppings you’d like. I like avocado, tomatoes, and arugula
