I LOVE a good snack that’s flavorful, easy, and healthy! This Super Bowl, why not make a dish that has all the flavor with no guilt! My 7 layer hummus dip will satiate all those naughty cravings.
1– 10 oz package of plain hummus
1/3 cup chopped fresh cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber, diced
4 artichoke hearts, diced
2 tablespoons diced kalamata olives
Feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh dill
Olive oil
Pepper
In a shallow serving bowl add your hummus. Of course you are welcome to make your own hummus for this but I opted for the easy route this time! Spread it evenly
To the top of the hummus add the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, artichokes, kalamata olives, fresh dill sprigs, and crumbed feta (as much or as little as you’d like)
Drizzle the top with olive oil and a give it a good crack of pepper and you have the easiest and tastiest healthy appetizer! Yum
