  1. Who doesn’t love margaritas? Answer: weird people. Margaritas are just so delicious! They’re sweet and sour with a little kick of salty from the rum. Just delicious. One of the best things about winter time is that blood oranges are in season. Blood oranges are sweet, yet a little tart. Plus they’re a gorgeous color. Perfect cool weather drink in my opinion. The first thing you want to do is get your glass ready. Spread a little salt on a plate. Moisten the outer rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip the rim into the salt to lightly coat. Fill the glass with ice. In a shaker filled with ice put in the tequila, Cointreau, blood orange juice, and squeeze about a quarter of a lime in there. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Serve with a slice of a blood orange or lime. Cheers!
