Ingredients

Scale

Cauliflower Bites:

1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets

2 eggs

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan

salt

pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Sauce:

1 cup Franks RedHot Original Sauce

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 420 degrees F

In a bowl whisk the eggs with a little salt and pepper

In another bowl mix together the almond flour, Parmesan, salt, pepper, onion power, garlic powder, and paprika until combined

Working with a few at a time, add the florets into the egg mixture and toss to coat. After coated with egg put them into the almond flour mixture and toss to coat. To keep it easy only use one hand for the egg mixture and the other hand for the flour!

Add the florets to a sheet tray sprayed with non stick cooking spray

Once all of the florets are prepared spray the tops with non stick cooking spray and put into the preheated oven

Bake a total of 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through

While they are cooking make the sauce. In a small saucepan over medium high heat add the hot sauce and butter. Mix until the butter is melted and hot

Once the cauliflower bites are done cooking take them out and put them into a bowl. Pour the sauce over them, toss, and serve with either ranch or blue cheese. Yum!
