Ingredients

Scale

Doughnuts:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup Guinness Extra Stout

1 egg

1/3 cup melted butter

Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

12 teaspoons Bailey’s Irish Cream

Instructions

The first thing you want to do is preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.

In a bowl mix together all of the dry ingredients.

To that, add the Guinness, egg, and melted butter.

Stir together until combined.

I like to put my batter in a ziplock bag and then snip an edge to make it easier to pipe.

Lightly grease a doughnut pan and fill 3/4 full with the batter.

Put the pan in the oven and let the doughnuts bake for 12 minutes.

Once they are done cooking, let them cool on the counter while you make the glaze.

In a bowl add the powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of Bailey’s. If the mixture looks too thick add a little more. You don’t want the glaze to be too runny.

Dip the cooled doughnuts into the glaze.

Once the glaze sets up you are ready to eat! A delicious twist on a doughnuts that anyone will love. Cheers!
