Peach & Prosciutto Naan Pizza

People think fresh juicy end of Summer peaches are only good in sweet recipes- WRONG. This recipes takes less than 10 minutes and it’s seriously amazing. The sweetness of the peaches with the creaminess of the cheese and saltiness of the prosciutto make for the best pizza ever.

Ingredients

Scale

1 piece of Naan

Fresh Mozzarella

3 tablespoons ricotta

1/2 small peach, sliced thin

3 slices prosciutto

4 basil leaves, chopped

1 cup arugula

1 tablespoon minced shallot

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon grapeseed oil

salt

pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F

On sheet tray add the naan bread

To the top of the naan shred the fresh mozzarella. You can add as much as you’d like!

Add the sliced peaches on top, dollops of the ricotta, pieces of prosciutto, and fresh basil

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put into the preheated oven

Let it bake for about 7 minutes

While the pizza is cooking made the arugula salad by adding the arugula into a bowl

In a small bowl make the vinaigrette by combining the shallot, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix together and drizzle in the grapeseed oil

Add the vinaigrette to the arugula and toss to combine. Add the salad to the top of the pizza once it is done cooking

Cut and devour! Yum!
