Truffle & Chive Deviled Eggs

Fancy a deviled egg… extra fancy?? All you need to do is add 2 simple ingredients to your regular deviled egg to impress everyone! It’s a simple addition but totally delicious.Try it, trust me.

Ingredients

6 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon truffle oil
Chopped fresh chives

Instructions

In a pot with cold water add your eggs and turn on the heat to high. Let the water come to a boil, turn it off, put the lid on, and let it sit until the water is room temperature
Peel the eggs gently and cut in half longways
Add the egg yolks to a bowl and mash them with a fork until no large pieces remain
Add the mayo, salt, pepper. cayenne pepper, and truffle oil and mix together until smooth
Once mixed together I like to add the yolk mixture to a ziplock bag gathering it in a corner. Using scissor snip off a little of the corner
Pipe (or just scoop) it into the eggs and top them with chopped fresh chives
