OK- this is the last Summer post I swear. I can’t help it! It is still 90 degrees outside here so it’s hard to get in the Fall mood. I’m still sitting by the pool so why not make my favorite frozen cocktail- frosé! I had to elevate it a little by adding frozen watermelon and a little Cointreau which I promise you is AMAZING. Your tastebuds will instantly be transported to a swanky pool somewhere.

Ingredients

Scale

1 bottle of Rosé

2 ice cube trays

2 cups watermelon chunks

2 oz Cointreau

Instructions

The night before you know you’re going to be making this delicious cocktail, you need to fill your two ice cube trays with the rosé. Put into the freezer

Chop up watermelon and put into a ziplock bag. Lay in a flat layer in the freezer and freeze both the rosé and watermelon overnight

When it’s time to make the cocktail add the frozen rosé, frozen watermelon, and Cointreau into a blender. Blend until no large chunks remain

Pour into wine glasses and garnish with a little slice of watermelon. Cheers!
