Ingredients

Scale

1/2 dozen oysters, shucked
1/2 stick butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh key lime wedges (If you can’t find key lime, use regular lime)
1/4 cup Panko
1/4 cup Parmesan

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F
In a small skillet over medium high heat melt the butter and add the minced garlic
Let it cook until fragrant, about 1 minute or so
On an aluminum lined sheet tray place your shucked oyster and top them off with a spoonful of the garlic butter
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and give a big squeeze of lime on top of each oyster. About a 1/4 teaspoon of juice
To the top add the Panko and Parmesan and put them into the oven
Let them bake for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is starting to melt, about 5 minutes
After 5 minutes turn on the broiler and let them cook until the Parmesan starts to brown, about 1-2 minutes
Serve them while they’re hot and squeeze more fresh lime juice over the top
That’s it! A delicious oyster appetizer ( or dinner ) that you can make in minutes
