Mini Brie & Cranberry Bites

This appetizer is one of my favorites because not only does it take minutes to make but it just screams the Holidays! You can assemble everything in advance and bake them off right when your guests arrive for a warm and delicious Holiday appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

15 mini Phyllo cups
1 wedge of Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
Cranberry jelly
Fresh Thyme
Zest from half an orange
1/4 cup shelled Pistachios, chopped

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Oh a sheet tray add the mini phyllo cups
To each phyllo cup add a few pieces of the diced brie, about a 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry jelly, about 1 or 2 chopped pistachios, the leaves from half a thyme spring, and add a little orange zest
Continue in every cup until they’re all filled
Now, if you’re making these ahead of time they hold up really well in the refrigerator for up to a day
If not, put them into your preheated oven and let them bake for 10 minutes, just until the brie is melted and bubbling
Serve them hot for a delicious appetizer that will get everyone though this crazy Holiday season! Enjoy!
