Do you want a burger that tastes like Summer on a bun? Well this is it. This delicious chicken burger will rival any regular burger and is just as easy to make. It’s packed with fresh flavor that will satisfy all those cookout cravings. Helloooo Summer!

1 pound ground chicken

4 slices bacon, cooked crispy and chopped fine

1/4 cup red onion, diced small

1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan

3/4 cup ricotta

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

1/3 cup Mayo

1/3 cup Ketchup

2 teaspoons Sriracha

Additions (all optional):

Toasted Brioche buns

Sliced avocado

Thinly sliced red onion

Sliced tomatoes

Sliced cucumber

In a bowl add all of ingredients for the burger and mix until completely combined

Heat up a large skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with oil

Divide the burger mixture into 4 and make patties. They will feel loose-that’s ok! Make the patties and immediately add to the hot pan

Let the burgers cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side

While the burgers are cooking make the sauce by combining the mayo, ketchup, and sriracha until combined

Now it’s time to assemble! Add a patty to the toasted brioche bun and add as many of the toppings as you’d like. Spread a heaping spoonful of the sauce on the bottom side of the top bun and put on top

Serve immediately and watch them disappear
