Ingredients

Scale

Burger:

1 pound ground chicken

4 slices bacon, cooked crispy and chopped fine

1/4 cup red onion, diced small

1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan

3/4 cup ricotta

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Salt

Pepper

Sauce:

1/3 cup Mayo

1/3 cup Ketchup

2 teaspoons Sriracha

Additions (all optional):

Toasted Brioche buns

Sliced avocado

Thinly sliced red onion

Sliced tomatoes

Sprouts

Sliced cucumber

Instructions

In a bowl add all of ingredients for the burger and mix until completely combined

Heat up a large skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with oil

Divide the burger mixture into 4 and make patties. They will feel loose-that’s ok! Make the patties and immediately add to the hot pan

Let the burgers cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side

While the burgers are cooking make the sauce by combining the mayo, ketchup, and sriracha until combined

Now it’s time to assemble! Add a patty to the toasted brioche bun and add as many of the toppings as you’d like. Spread a heaping spoonful of the sauce on the bottom side of the top bun and put on top

Serve immediately and watch them disappear
