The first thing you want to do is make the simple syrup. In a small pot over medium high heat add the sugar, water, and fresh cranberries. Let it come to a boil and when you see the cranberries popping, turn it off. Let it cool completely

In a shake with ice add the simple syrup, St Germaine, vodka, orange juice, and rose

Shake until chilled and strain into a glass with ice and top with frozen cranberries
