Grilled Herbed Lamb Chops

One of my favorite “special” dinners I love to make is grilled lamb chops. Don’t be scared to make this, it’s actually very easy to make and you will not even BELIEVE how amazing this dinner is! Everyone will go crazy.

Ingredients

Lamb chops
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
5 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt
pepper
olive oil

Instructions

The first thing you want to do is make the rub for the lamb
In a bowl add the finely chopped rosemary, thyme, garlic, a big pinch of salt, a big pinch of pepper, and red pepper flakes and mix until combined
Lay your lamb chops on a paper towel, drying them on both sides
Sprinkle the chops with the rub mixture and press it down to make sure it sticks. Flip them over and do the same on the other side
Add the chops to a greased preheated to high heat grill and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Flip them over and cook another 5 minutes
While the lamb is cooking add a drizzle of olive oil to the remaining rub you have leftover
Once the chops are cooked serve it with the extra rub for a DELICIOUS and decadent dinner. Enjoy!
