Papaya, Tequila & Aperol Cocktail

Ingredients

Scale

1 slice papaya ( or 1 tablespoon pureed papaya)

1 lime, sliced

5 mint leaves

1/2 teaspoon honey

1/2 ounce Aperol

1 1/2 oz tequila

Sparkling water

Instructions

In a shaker add the lemon, papaya, and mint

Muddle until all of the juices are released

To the shaker add honey, Aperol, tequila, and ice

Shake vigorously until chilled

Strain over ice and top with sparkling water

Garnish with a lime and mint sprig
