Who knew that just 1 (!!) ingredient could make such an impact on a cocktail. A classic gin & tonic is my favorite (obviously) but with the addition of a fresh Summer peach this already good cocktail turns great. A must try.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 fresh peach, sliced

1/2 lime, sliced

2 oz Gin

Tonic

Rosemary sprig for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a shaker muddle half of the peach slices with the lime slices so all of the juices release

Add in the gin and shake to combine

Strain into a glass filled with ice

Add in the remaining peach slices and top off with cold tonic water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and enjoy!
