Strawberry, Coconut & Matcha Smoothie

Trying to kick that morning coffee habit? Me neither. BUT- if you are… this is the perfect alternative to coffee! This delicious smoothie is not only healthy and delicious, but also give you a little jolt from the matcha to wake up!

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt

1/4 teaspoon unsweetened matcha

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

In a blender add all of the ingredients

Blend on high until completely smooth

Pour the smoothie into a cup and sprinkle some chia seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes on the top if you’d like!
