Chunky Monkey Smoothie

What better way to start your day then with a delicious and healthy smoothie. I learned this recipe while recently at an amazing wellness resort and couldn’t get enough of it! What is your favorite smoothie?

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds or cashews
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Ready for the hardest recipe ever?
  2. In a blender add all of the ingredients
  3. Blend on high for about 3-4 minutes until smooth
  4. Pour into a glass and serve!

Notes

  • A frozen banana could be used as well!
