One of my favorite cocktail recipes is a classic Aperol spritz. It’s light, refreshing, and delicious! This Valentines Day I decided to make a little spin on the classic by adding blood orange juice. Its the perfect little Valentines Day addition! I love the color and the taste that the blood orange adds. Cheers to all you lovers out there!

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 oz Aperol

1 oz fresh squeezed blood orange juice

Prosecco

Soda water

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

In a wine glass with ice add the Aperol and blood orange juice

Top off with Prosecco and a splash of soda water

Garnish with a blood orange slice for a delicious twist on the classic. Cheers!
