Juice of 1 clementine
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 ounces Vodka
Ginger Beer
Chilled Champagne
In a shaker filled with ice add the clementine juice, lime juice, and vodka. Shake until chilled
Strain into two champagne glasses fill half way up with the ginger beer and then top with Champagne
