1 bag pita chips
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup diced cucumber
3/4 cup diced plum tomatoes
Tzatziki sauce (recipe below)

1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/4 cup grated cucumber
juice from 1/2 lemon

In a saute pan over medium high heat add the ground lamb, salt, pepper, Mediterranean spices, and cumin. Cook until the lamb is completely cooked through
While the lamb is cooking make the tzatziki sauce. In a smaller bowl add the Greek yogurt, grate the garlic and cucumber into the bowl, add the lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside
Now it’s time to assemble! On a large serving plate add the pita chips, top with the cooked spiced lamb, chopped red onion, diced cucumber, diced plum tomatoes, as much tzatziki sauce as you’d like, crumbled feta, and more chopped dill
