Blood Orange Pisco Cocktail

This Valentines day, show your loved one how much you love them with this easy and delicious Pisco cocktail. Cheers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Pisco
  • Juice of 2 blood oranges (or cara cara oranges if they don’t have blood oranges!
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. In a shaker shake up the egg whites until frothy
  2. In another shaker add ice, Pisco, blood orange juice, and the egg whites
  3. Shake vigorously until chilled and strain into two glasses
  4. Top with a thin slice of orange and serve! Cheers to Valentines day!
