Pumpkin Alfredo

A delicious Fall dinner in no time at all?? Sign me up! This easy to make pasta is a treat everyone will go crazy over no matter what time of the year it is.

Ingredients

1 pound fettuccine pasta
6 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 cup half and half
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
1/2 cup pasta water

Instructions

Boil your fettuccine according to package directions in salted water
In a pan melt your butter and add the garlic over medium heat. Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes
Add in the pumpkin puree, grated Parmesan, half and half, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let the sauce cook, stirring often for about 2-3 minutes
Once the pasta is cooked add in the cooked fettuccine and some of the pasta water
Toss the pasta in the sauce and cook a minutes or so
When serving add freshly grated Parmesan to the top and fresh sage (optional). Enjoy!
