Stuffed Mushroom Eyeballs

I’m just creepin’ it real over here- these things are delicious. These spooky little bites are the perfect addition to your Halloween party! They’re so easy to make, delicious, and creepy. Do you dare?

Ingredients

16 oz white button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed

3 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 cup grated sharp white cheddar

1/4 cup grated Gruyere

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Green pimento stuffed olives

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

In a baking pan, add your mushrooms

In a bowl combine the cream cheese, sharp white cheddar, grated Gruyere, minced garlic, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth

Add scoops of the cheese mixture to the mushroom. Make sure to not overfill the cavity! 

Take your finger and gently press it down, making the top smooth

Thinly slice the green olives with pimento and add a slice to the middle of each mushroom, gently pressing it in

Put into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes

Once cooked let them cool slightly and serve. What a spooky treat!
