Who else needs to detox after the long weekend? I know I do! Start your week off the healthy way with this incredibly delicious smoothie to get you back on track.

Ingredients
  1. 1 banana
  2. 2 tablespoons almond butter
  3. 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  5. 1 tablespoon flax seed
  6. 2 teaspoons honey
  7. 2/3 cup milk (or almond milk)
  8. 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a blender add all of the ingredients
  2. Blend on high until smooth
  3. Pour, serve, enjoy! How easy is that?
