There are certain flavors that bring you back to your childhood. To me- that’s peanut butter and jelly. I used to (still do) LOVE a good classic peanut butter and jelly. Well, as good as they are they really aren’t the best for you. So- I decided to take that classic flavor and make something healthy but still delicious! Overnight oats are my jam. They’re so easy to make, delicious, healthy, and the perfect on-the-go breakfast for those crazy mornings. Late Summer peaches are ripe and amazing right now- so I made my overnight oats with them! The result: a delicious breakfast that tastes like a peach pie. Yum!
