Well I decided to take the classic dessert and make it into a popsicle form! You’ll be transformed to a sunny beach with every bite.
Summer to me means barbecue anything. I especially LOVE barbecue chicken! This salad takes all of my favorite Summer flavors and combines them with barbecue chicken and a lightened up Greek yogurt ranch sauce. So easy- so delicious- so satisfying! Who knew that just 1 (!!) ingredient could make such an impact on a cocktail. A classic gin & tonic is my favorite (obviously) but with the addition of a fresh Summer peach this already good cocktail turns great. A must try.
