This refreshing Summertime salad is a twist on a classic! It is tasty enough as a vegetarian entree or top it off with grilled chicken for a hearty Summer dinner! I had a big bowl of it in my fridge and devoured it two days straight!
My FAVORITE type of meat is pork. Tenderloin-yes, prosciutto-hell yes! I took my two favorites and combined then for quite possibly my favorite dinner recipe I’ve made to date. I took a beautiful pork tenderloin, did a herby garlic Dijon mustard rub, wrapped it in prosciutto, then cooked it sous vide style for 1 1/2 hours. No sous vide? No problem! This delicious dinner recipe can be made in the oven easily. Then to top it off I made the best ever blackberry sauce that is so flavorful you won’t believe it. YUM.
So many times when I’m eating a salad they fall flat. No flavor, boring, and I’m just forcing myself to eat it because it’s healthy. Well- not this salad! It’s delicious, flavorful, and packed with flavor. My kind of salad!
This homemade dumpling recipe might look difficult and taste difficult BUT it’s so easy. These soft pillowy dumplings with a zesty fresh pesto is the ultimate comfort food. Perfect for a cold night to warm you up and easy enough to make any night of the week!

Shakshuka is one of my go-to weekday meals. It’s easy, healthy, and beyond flavorful. The spiced tomato sauce is the perfect bed for the baked eggs which get topped with creamy feta and cilantro. Pair it with some pita or crusty bread and you have an incredible meal in about 15 minutes! What more could you want?
Are you looking for an easy, INCREDIBLE, festive dinner? This is it! These best ever braised short ribs have a tiny little twist- cranberries! They add a tart yet sweet kick to the dish that compliments the succulent meat so well. Serve it over mashed potatoes and you have the best dinner of your life. Seriously.
I’m sure you’ve had pumpkin soup before, but have you ever had pumpkin soup baked in a WHOLE pumpkin before?! This insanely easy, flavorful, and impressive dish is going to blow you away! Throw all of the delicious Fall ingredients in the pumpkin and bake until perfection- yum!
