Burrata, Corn & Prosciutto Naan Pizza
Who DOESN’T love pizza. I mean, come on.This delicious pizza has all of my favorite Summer flavors: corn, tomatoes, and basil. SO good. PLUS- this Summer inspired pizza uses my favorite crust shortcut… naan bread! This pizza will be on repeat all Summer long.
Ingredients
1 naan bread
1 ear corn
1 plum tomato
1 ball burrata
4 slices prosciutto
Basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F
In a VERY hot skillet with a little oil add the corn. Let it char while turning often. Once cooked take off the pan and let it cool
On a sheet tray with parchment or foil add the naan bread. Tear the burrata ball up and put on top of the naan
To the top of the burrata add the sliced plum tomato, the charred corn cut off the cob, and then pieces of prosciutto that you’ve torn up. I like to give a little sprinkle of salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and chopped basil to the top
Put into the preheated oven to cook for 7 minutes
Serve hot and with more fresh chopped basil on the top. Yum!
