Rosemary Salty Dog
A delicious twist on a classic cocktail has never been so easy and delicious.Rosemary and Grapefruit are a match made in cocktail heaven.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 oz Vodka of choice
- 1/2 oz Rosemary simple syrup
- 3 oz Grapefruit juice
- Salt
Instructions
- The first thing you want to do is to make the rosemary simple syrup. In a small pan over medium high heat add in the sugar and water. Let it come to a simmer, turn off the heat, and add in the rosemary sprigs. Let the simple syrup steep and cool completely with the rosemary in it
- Use a lime and run around the rim of your glass. Dip the glass in salt to make a salt rim and shake off the excess
- In a shaker with ice add the vodka, rosemary simple syrup, and grapefruit juice
- Shake until chilled and pour into the glass
