Banana, Almond & Flax Smoothie
Who else needs to detox after the long weekend? I know I do! Start your week off the healthy way with this incredibly delicious smoothie to get you back on track.
Ingredients

- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2/3 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 3–4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender add all of the ingredients
- Blend on high until smooth
- Pour, serve, enjoy! How easy is that?
