Banana Honey Walnut Overnight Oats
Ever want to eat healthy in the morning and then wake up in the morning and say forget it and just grab something quick? Let’s be honest… we’ve all been there. Well, if you make these super easy overnight oats then you have no excuse. I like to make a batch the night before and then put it in little mason jars to enjoy on the go!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups rolled oats ( not instant)
Instructions

- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until combined.
- Put them into individual jars or bowls and put into the fridge to let it sit overnight.
- In the morning add some fresh banana, walnuts, and honey drizzle.
- That’s it! An easy, delicious, and healthy breakfast you can make on the go! Enjoy!
Are the ratio’s still the same if I want to make this vegan and not include any yogurt at all?
