1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dark or gold rum
3 bananas peeled and cut as you’d like
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In a large skillet, heat butter, sugar, cinnamon, and rum over medium low. Cooking, stirring occasionally, until smooth and bubbly. Add the bananas to the skillet and cook, gently swirling and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Scoop ice cream into bowls and serve the bananas and sauce! Good to entertain and impress with
