Ultimate Turkey Burger
Ever have a turkey burger that is dry, flavorless, and just plain boring? Well- that’s NOT this recipe! This easy turkey burger recipe will blow you away with its flavor and how easy it is!

- 1-pound ground turkey
- 1 small shallot minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
- salt
- pepper
- onion powder
Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 4 basil leaves chopped
- 1 scallion sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- Juice of 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Toppings
- Arugula
- Sliced tomato
- Avocado
- Buns of choice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill, griddle pan, or skillet to medium high
- In a bowl mix together the ground turkey, minced shallot, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Form 4 equal patties from the turkey mixture
- Lightly grease your griddle pan and put the turkey burgers on. Let them cook 4-5 minutes on each side
- While the burgers are cooking make the sauce for the top
- In a small bowl add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped basil leaves, sliced scallion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion powder until combined and set aside
- Once the burgers are done cooking its time to assemble! To your bun of choice add a patty, turkey burger, a big spoonful of the sauce, and whatever toppings you’d like. I like avocado, tomatoes, and arugula
