Artichoke, Chicken & Pesto Naan Pizza

Looking for a DIVINE pizza made in a few minutes? Skip making your own crust and use my favorite ingredient: Naan! The flavors of this pizza are amazing and everyone will go crazy over it.

Ingredients

  • 2 naan
  • 3.5 ounces pesto
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use leftover rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cup quartered artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F
  2. On a sheet tray add your naan
  3. To the top spread the pesto evenly over the top almost to the edge
  4. To the top add the shredded chicken, sliced red onion, chopped artichokes, chopped spinach, chopped Kalamata olives, and then top it off with the shredded mozzarella and dollops of the ricotta cheese
  5. Put it into the preheated oven and let it bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 7 minutes
  6. That’s it! A delicious and easy pizza made in minutes that you’ll fall in love with
