  1. 1 pound tri color rotini, cooked and cooled
  2. 4 cloves garlic minced
  3. 1/2 red onion, chopped
  4. 1/2 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  5. 1/2 can hearts of palm, cut in half
  6. 1/2 can black olives, rough chopped
  7. 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  8. 2 scallions, chopped
  9. 1 cup favorite italian dressing
  10. 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan
  11. salt
  12. pepper
  13. garlic salt
  1. First things first ladies, cook the pasta, drain it, and cool it! Then to the pasta add the artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, olives, cherry tomatoes, scallions, and your dressing! Toss all together and add the parmesan cheese  and salt and pepper. How PERFECT! Sooo easy and perfect to bring to a cookout and it will impress everyone…im sure of it :) Enjoy!
