- 1 pound small white button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
- This is so delicious as a side for steak! Great date night dinner! First what you want to do is prepare your mushrooms. With a clean paper towel just brush off the dirt (or poo!) that they grow in, and slice the mushrooms about half an inch thick. Heat up a large skillet over medium and add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the garlic and saute just until you can smell it! Once the garlic is cooked add the mushroom and some salt. Let cook down for about 5 minutes. Add the Worchestershire sauce and lots more salt and pepper. Stir all around and cook down even more for another minute or too. Serve while they’re hot and delicious! YUM!
