Chunky Monkey Smoothie
What better way to start your day then with a delicious and healthy smoothie. I learned this recipe while recently at an amazing wellness resort and couldn’t get enough of it! What is your favorite smoothie?
Ingredients

- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup raw almonds or cashews
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
- Ready for the hardest recipe ever?
- In a blender add all of the ingredients
- Blend on high for about 3-4 minutes until smooth
- Pour into a glass and serve!
Notes
- A frozen banana could be used as well!
