- 1 1/2 oz silver tequila
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- In a shaker filled with ice add the tequila, Elderflower liqueur, Aperol, and fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Shake for about 15 seconds until very cold and strain into a glass with a large ice cube
- Garnish with a lemon peel and serve! You won’t even believe how refreshingly delicious this cocktail is
