Mango Raspberry Rosé Sangria*
2014-10-08 02:00:55

Ingredients
- 2 mangos, peeled and diced
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup Cointreau
- 1 bottle Rosé wine
- 4 cups club soda
- raspberries and mint for garnish
Instructions
- I love Summer so much. Hot days spent by the pool with a delicious cocktail in hand. Don't know what kind of cocktail to make that's different and totally delicious?! Well... look no further! This is a fun twist on a classic sangria which is served with red wine and different kinds of citrus. Mango season is in full swing and I'm going to take full advantage of it! Add the fresh raspberries and rosé and voilá! A perfect Summer drink. Ok... so in your pitcher of choice add the chopped mango, fresh raspberries, and sugar. Give it a quick muddle just to break some of the raspberries and mango up to release all those delicious flavors. Add the Cointreau and rosé. If you don't have Cointreau you can use any other citrus flavored liquor or even raspberry liquor. Put this in the fridge to let sit for about an hour, or longer. This just lets all those different flavors mix and intensify. When you're ready to drink add the club soda, stir, pour, and serve! I like to add a few fresh raspberries and a spring of mint for garnish. There you go, the perfect Summer cocktail. Cheers!

delicious.
Looks great Blakely, I don’t have any Cointreau but I do have Triple sec, I think there the same.
I’ve been wanting to read Julia Reed’s book But Mama Always Put Vodka in Her Sangria! If I add some Absolut Raspberry this could be the perefect drink to acompany that read. ;-D
Thanks for giving us another great cocktail.
