Peach & Apple Green Smoothie
Ever want to make a quick, healthy, and delicious breakfast? Try this green smoothie! I love making vitamin packed smoothies because they’re quick and you can enjoy them either on the go or at home! This recipe will jump start your day and make you feel good!
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh kale
- 1/2 peach, skin removed
- 1/2 green apple, diced
- 1/2 seedless cucumber
- inch long piece of fresh ginger
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- This is very hard recipe. Ready? In a blender put all the ingredients in and blend until smooth!
- That’s it! I also love putting all of the ingredients into a ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer and just add the coconut water when it’s ready to blend. So easy and healthy! Cheers!
