  1. 1 frozen pie shell, defrosted
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup flour
  4. 1 1/2 pints blueberries
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. 3/4 cup sugar
  7. 3/4 cup flour
  8. 1 stick cold butter
  9. Vanilla ice cream
  1. Ok, this is probably the easiest pie recipe ever, and one of the most delicious! Trust me! Ok, so preheat your oven to 350*F.  In your pre-made pie shell, go ahead and all the 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup of sugar to the bottom. Just take a spoon and mix together. Pat down so it makes a nice even layer. In a bowl, take the blueberries and toss them around in the lemon juice… make sure there’s no seeds! Add the blueberries to the pie shell over the layer of sugar and flour. Now, in another small bowl, add the 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 cup flour. Cut the cold butter and put in the bowl. With your hands take the butter and mix it in with the flour and sugar until its all incorperated. Don’t worry… there will be big chunks of butter in there, no worries! Now, but in your preheated over and let bake for 1 hour. When its done, take it out and top with some ice cream and I promise you, you’ll think you died and gone to heaven… it’s that good!!! Hope you like it!

Just want to say that I have used your blueberry pie filling recipe ever since you sent it out a few years ago. I used it yesterday to take a magnificent pie to the office staff of the Round Rock Express. They raved about it. A good cook never knows how wide her influence reaches. : )
