Brie and turkey croissant*

- 4 croissants, sliced in half
- 4 teaspoon raspberry preserves
- 1/4 pound brie, sliced
- 8 slices deli turkey
- Ok, this is the best sandwich, hands down! Trust me!!! So if you have a griddle use that but if not, just use a large skillet. So heat that up baby up over medium. Slice the croissants in half and put a teaspoon of the raspberry on and spread it around on one half. Layer 2 slices of the turkey and then top with slices of the brie! Once the pan is hot, take a little butter… or Pam and and grease it up. Put the sandwiches on and let cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until the brie is melted. Cut in half and serve!! Mmmm mmm sooo good!
