Cocoa Roasted Almonds
I don't know about you but I'm a huge snacker during the day. This healthy yet chocolaty delicious snack recipe will be your new guilt free favorite! So snack away!

  1. 2 cups raw almonds
  2. 1 tablespoon honey
  3. 3 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  5. Pinch salt
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Spread out the almonds evenly on a parchment paper lined sheet tray
  3. Roast on one side for 6 minutes, stir, and put back into the oven to roast 6 minutes more
  4. Once cooked add the almonds into a bowl and drizzle with honey. Stir to coat evenly
  5. Add the cocoa powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and stir to combine
  6. Once evenly coated add them to a sheet tray and spread them out to let the cool completely
  7. That's it! Once cooled you can store them in an airtight container for up to a week (if they last that long)
